Refund & Returns Policy
At Right Visa Services, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies regarding refunds for our services. Please review the following terms carefully before proceeding with any payment.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances:
✅ Service Not Initiated – If you cancel your application before our team begins processing (e.g., document verification, submission), you may be eligible for a partial refund (see Section 3).
❌ Service Already Rendered – No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed documentation checks.
- Submitted visa applications.
- Services where government/embassy fees have been paid.
- Rejected visas due to incorrect client-provided information.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following payments cannot be refunded:
- Government/embassy fees (e.g., visa application charges, biometric fees).
- Third-party costs (e.g., courier, translation, certification fees).
- Consultation fees (if advisory services were provided).
3. Partial Refund Conditions
If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:
🔹 Cancellation within 48 hours of payment – 70% refund (30% retained as processing fee).
🔹 Cancellation after 48 hours – 50% refund (50% retained for administrative costs).
Note: Refunds exclude non-refundable fees (Section 2).
4. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a request via email to complaints@rightvisa.net within 7 days of payment.
- Include:
- Your full name and application reference number.
- Payment receipt/proof.
- Reason for cancellation.
- Refunds processed within 14 business days via original payment method.
5. Visa Rejections
- If your visa is rejected due to our error, we will either:
- Reapply at no extra cost (excluding government fees).
- Issue a 50% service-fee refund.
- Rejections caused by client-provided false information are not eligible for refunds.
